Admissions are made strictly on the basis of merit. When a candidate's name, marks, etc are announced he / she has to produce the receipt of the application form to obtain entry into the admission room.
After verification of certificates and counseling candidates are required to fill in the 'Admission Form', pay the fees and submit the form along with the Original Certificate of T C and two sets of photocopies (duly attested) of the following certificates and collect the Admission Slip
Transfer Certificate from the Institution where the candidate has studied Intermediate or its equivalent.
Pass Certificate / Provisional Certificate of the qualifying examination.
Memorandum of Marks.
Study Certificate / Bonafide Certificate of School and Intermediate.
Proof of Local / Non-local status according to the rules in force. (See Annexure - I & II).
B.C./ S.C./ S.T. Certificates issued on or after 1-4-08 by a competent authority.
Income certificate / Income declaration wherever necessary issued on or after 1.4.2008 by a competent authority.
Migration Certificate / No Objection Certificate in case of candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a board other than the Board of Intermediate, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Relevant certificates in respect of candidates selected for admission against Sports / NCC / Extra-Curricular activities / Children of Ex-Servicemen and Armed Personnel / Physically Handicapped quota, etc.
Six recent stamp size photographs of the candidates.
(Before the candidates come for spot admission, it is advisable to check the availability of all the above certificates along with the required amount of fees)
A candidate who secures a seat but fails to avail it due to non-payment of fees or non-submission of required certificates ON THE SPOT shall have no claim to admission subsequently.
Mere payment of fees in cash will not entitle a candidate to a seat. The submission of admission form and relevant certificates and the collection of the duly signed admission slip are compulsory.
On detection of any violation of the rules in force, the College reserves the right to cancel the admission at any stage.
