"Dr. M. Sreenath Reddy is working as assistant Professor in Physics at Dept., of physics, Nizam College from 6th September 2013. He obtained PG from Nizam College in the year 1995 and he worked as JRF and SRF in a DAE-BRNS project collaborative with BARC for 3 and half years at Dept of physics, Osmania University, was awarded Ph.D from Osmania University in 2003 in the field of Environmental Nuclear Radiation under the supervision of Prof. P.Yadagiri Reddy. Dr. Reddy started his career as assistant professor at an Engineering college and was served there almost 13 and half years. He is an amicable, caring, admirable and commendable teacher and aim always to impart best of his knowledge to the students and having about 20 year of teaching experience. Reddy taught all the papers at UG level and started teaching at PG level since his joining the university; he has rich experience in nurturing the students for national level exams like GATE, CSIR and IITJAM. Dr. Reddy has 26 research papers in his credit, Principal Investigator for a UGC startup grant project of amount 6 lakh and Co-investigator for two research projects sanctioned by AERB and CSR-UGC-DAE of amount 37 and 8 lakh. His areas of research interest are Environmental Nuclear Radiation and Material Science and presently 8 students are working under his guidance for their doctoral degree. Reddy has got good administrative experience, like, Head department, Controller of exams, and presently working as Addl., controller of exams at OU."

Teaching physics at graduation level and Biophysics at post graduation. Many students are pursuing their Ph.D. at Biophysics Research Laboratory under his guidance. Has more than 50 research publications

Dr. P. HimaBindu has a teaching experience of 13 years at both Post graduate and Graduate level. She has experience in teaching Nanoscience, Solid State Physics, Mathematical Physics, Optics, Thermodynamics, Mechanics, Electricity, Magnetism and Modern Physics. E.M theory is the most taught subject. Her specialization is Solid State Physics at Master level, Gamma ray Spectroscopy at the Doctoral level and is currently doing research on the synthesis of non-toxic Nanoparticles for various applications. She has collaboration with CCMB, HCU and University of South Florida for her research activities. Her research interests are: Nanomaterials, Physics in medicine and Biology, Alternative Energy, Bioinformatics.She has organized several seminars and one International conference. She is an active volunteer for Voice4girls, Ashwin Maharaj Foundation and Planetary Society of India. She actively participates in Government education programmes like TV shows, science exhibitions etc.She holds administrative positions as head of the department and also Convener for Women Empowerment Cell at Nizam college.

Dr. Y. Kalyana Lakshmi working as Assistant Professor in Department of Physics, Nizam College, OU. She obtained her master’s and doctoral degree in Physics from Osmania University. She was awarded Junior Research (UGC) and Senior Research Fellowship (CSIR) during her Ph.D. After obtaining Ph.D she worked as Research Associate (CSIR) in the Department of Physics, Osmania University. She has published research articles in International Journals and attended various National and International conferences. She has received Young Scientist award Dr. K.V. Rao Scientific Society in the year 2010. Research Interest: Condensed Matter Physics, Magnetic Materials, Multiferroics, Nanomaterials.

Dr.V.Venkatesh has completed his M.Sc (Physics) with Solid State Physics specialization from the University College of Science, Osmania University. He did his research and obtained Ph.D. degreein Physics from Osmania University in 2013 for his thesis entitled “Thermal and electricalproperties of co-doped ceria based materials for SOFC applications”.He qualified GATE-2012with score 225.He worked as lecturer in Physics in a Reputed Degree College affiliated to Osmania University for three years from 2005 to 2008. He got Best Lecturer award by APUS among Mandal level in 2007. He assisted to M.Sc (Physics) students in the P.G laboratory as a part of UGC-RFSMS (Research Fellowships in Science for Meritorious students) in Department of Physics, O.U, for five years from 2008 to 2013. He published 06 research papers in National/International journals. Besides he attended, presented Oral/Poster presentationsand being attended in several National and International conferences, seminars and workshops.
He is working as an Assistant Professor (Contract), in Department of Physics, Nizam College, Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is teaching U.G and P.G courses. Besides he is working in the research area of SOFC materials preparation and characterization and being help in academic works in the College/University.

Able to teach Electronics and Physics also capable to do small projects in electronics.

Dr. Shashidhar Bale hail from Vallampally village, Karimnagar district of Telangana State. I received his education up to B.Sc., from Hyderabad after which I completed his M.Sc., (Engg. Physics and Instrumentation)from Osmania University and secured first rank. I obtained his Ph.D., degree in Physics from Osmania University under the guidance of Dr. Syed Rahman, Professor, Nizam College in 2008. My research interests lie in the optical and spectroscopic properties of oxide glasses for applications such as laser and optical switching materials. I have published 23 research articles in various national and international journals. Besides this, also attended national and international conferences, seminars, workshops etc. I have around 17 years of experience as an Assistant Professor (c) since July-2004 teaching Electronics at Nizam College.

MSc passed in 1999, PhD completed in 2012, Topic of research : Structural, Magnetic and transport properties of some Mo-based double perovskites. I has 21 years of Teaching experience and has 20 research papers in the material science area.

Ms. J Hema Madhuri is an assistant professor (PT) working in Nizam College since 2019. She has two years of teaching experience. She has completed M.Sc Physics (Electronics and communications) from Nizam College. She has been teaching physics for UG students.

"Dr.Shanthi karidas has 15 years of teaching and research experience. She has two PG degrees.She handles both graduation and post graduation classes Her research topics include Zinc oxide nanoparticles, photocatalysis, luminescence. She has attended and presented papers in national and international journals. She has published 4 papers in UGC approved journals. "
